WAR ON CRYPTO

Our elected representatives under the Biden administration perpetrated an attack on crypto through legal challenges by the SEC and other government agencies.  While never publicly objecting to the Crypto industry there is enough evidence to clearly demonstrate that the US government under the Biden administration took actions to stymie, thwart, hinder and block the crypto industry.

 Between March 2022 and March 2023 letters were sent to regulated financial firms telling them to “pause and not expand any ongoing crypto activities and provide additional information.”

For me, this was both positive and negative for crypto. In my mind, there is nothing wrong with taking time to reflect on actions and major changes within our financial institutions. However, in my opinion, the Biden administration took actions within its four years to hinder any advances within the United States for the crypto institutions. The Biden administration, through the SEC, also brought legal pressures against crypto exchanges, marketplaces, and developers, effectively conducting a secret war against crypto adoption here in the US.

The most notable attack was a four year long court case against RIPPLE LABS. Long story short RIPPLE counter sued against the Securities and Exchange Commission and won! Aside from the question of a fine that is to be paid to the government, the case is settled. Why is this important and who is this corporation called RIPPLE  LABS?

RIPPLE LABS is an American technologies company based in San Francisco that offers blockchain products on the XRP LEDGER and other networks. Who does RIPPLE serve?

RIPPLE LABS has locations in over 50 countries, and they provide worldwide service.The XRP LEDGER is used as a bridge between banks to send money for cross border transactions. Providing low fees, high speeds, and liquidity for financial institutions. 

Why in the world would our government the people we elected to look out for us be AGAINST something so transformative?  Why would the powers that be oppose all of the positive effects of all of the technological advances and services that crypto brings? Why would the Biden administration be against a free flow of ideas and money? Why support inefficiency, incompetence, and the blatant corruption of the legacy fiat system. Why are they dead set against financial freedom for those of us who are aware of what is going on?

Simple. Control. They want and need the rest of us under debt slavery. Working every day, every hour, every second to maintain our positions in the Just Over Broke System (JOBS). A long time ago, I saw the movie THE KING AND I with Chow Yun Fat. There was a scene where the King was touring the estate of a fellow noblewoman. In the back of the garden, chained up to a fountain, was an indentured servant who had been left there with no food and water for days.

When the King inquired as to why this woman was being treated so horribly, the owner of the house replied that although this woman, after many years of faithful service, had rightfully earned enough money to buy her freedom, the owner of the estate became enraged that this woman desired her freedom. The noblewoman’s sense of indignation came directly from a sense of entitlement. She said to the KING, “This woman refuses to serve me. So what should I do now? Serve myself?”

Unfortunately, this is the attitude of rich people all over the world. Some of them are evil. Many of them are selfish and egotistical. Many of them want to keep you in your place—the place and situation that they have planned for you. Many people have drunk the proverbial Kool-Aid and have accepted their lot in life as mediocre, middling, and average. They wouldn’t dare dream of a better life for themselves and their families. Why? Because with great power comes great responsibility.

Do not feel sorry for these people. Most people are a danger to themselves. They have been damaged mentally. They have been indoctrinated to stay in their places socially, spiritually, and financially. I blame the men of our society. They suffer from the Wizard of Oz syndrome. Like the Scarecrow, they have no brains. Like the Lion, they are cowards. Like the Tin Man, they have no heart, and like Dorothy, they are feminine. Yeah, I said it. I hate it! So many men in the West are weak, lame, soft, catty, back-biting, henpecked losers who probably sit down when they do number one. You can’t build anything with people like this. LEAVE THEM ALONE!

Recently President Trump has made several comments in support of Crypto currency. However as of this date May 6, 2025, Democratic lawmakers are creating roadblocks and making efforts to slow down or even stop the passing of crypto regulations such as the Genius Act and Stable coin legislation. Unless these key provisions in regulations are brought into the light there will be no progress. The good news is that at this point it is not a matter of IF these bills are passed but WHEN these future laws are made a reality.
