WELCOME

Welcome to what I hope will be a place where people can come to get news on many topics. Crypto news, political, economic, world news, you name it no subject will be off my radar. I will make it my mission to research all topics I discuss here so that any reader should be able to take what information I put here and use it according to what he or she believes is best for them.

I am not a financial expert, psychic, religious guru, sage, or mystic. I am just a person on the internet with an OPINION. If you don’t agree with me on a particular subject, if you think I am full of it…. You are probably correct, and I applaud you for having your OWN opinion! I ENCOURAGE robust discussions here as well as different opinions! However, BEFORE you disagree with me be ready to DEFEND your statements! I don’t validate FEELINGS here! This is a place for rationale and logic. Think of my blog as a court of law! It’s not what you KNOW it’s what you can prove! This rule APPLIES TO ME most of all!

Nothing is more irritating to me than suppositions and uncertain belief! As we navigate this world of conflicts and uncertainties a person who is moving in a positive and productive manner has to walk in facts and certainties.

I promise any and all readers here that I will endeavor at all times to try my utmost to be entrenched in well researched knowledge. If at any time I am incorrect please correct me! I need all the help I can get and I will immediately make a retraction! I want to be accountable! For me there is no other way! Only through these methods will I be able to improve myself.

Because of this philosophy I ask the same of my readers! Please do your research! There is plenty of misinformation running around the internet and I don’t want that here! This kind of disingenuous practice attracts disingenuous people, and I am not interested in that kind of behavior. Life is hard enough without having to sift through things that are designed to lead people astray! Birds of a feather flock together and I am trying the best I can to set an example of, impartiality, and unbiased judgement for my family and friends of fairness. I would like to think of the people who take time out from their busy schedules to read this as friends and family. Anyone who comes anywhere for easy answers to their troubles is in my opinion…. Clueless. The road leading to self-improvement is many things but it will never be easy. If you do me the HONOR of visiting and reading my blog prepare to use the most powerful muscle in your body. YOUR BRAIN!

I plan to do many things on this blog, but most of all, I plan to discuss cryptocurrency. We are at a crossroads in the US. Bad leadership has led us to this point. At this moment, US debt stands at more than 36 TRILLION dollars! The implications of this debt to the public of the US could be devastating! This means that every citizen of the US owes 70k! The interest payment on this debt equals roughly 3.6 trillion per year! This is unmanageable, and too many people don’t understand that literally the financial sword of Damocles is hovering over our heads and the heads of the generations ahead of us! Who remembers the story of Damocles?

According to the story, Damocles was flattering his king, Dionysius, exclaiming that Dionysius was truly fortunate as a great man of power and authority without peer, surrounded by magnificence. In response, Dionysius offered to switch places with Damocles for one day so that Damocles could taste that fortune firsthand. Damocles eagerly accepted the king's proposal. Damocles sat on the king's throne amid embroidered rugs, fragrant perfumes, and the service of beautiful attendants. But Dionysius, who had made many enemies during his reign, arranged that a sword should hang above the throne, held at the pommel only by a single hair of a horse's tail to evoke the sense of what it is like to be king: though having much fortune, always having to watch in anxiety against dangers that might try to overtake him, whether it is a jealous advisor or servant, a slanderous rumor, an enemy kingdom, a poor royal decision, or anything else. Damocles finally begged the king for permission to depart because he no longer wanted to be so fortunate, realizing that while he had everything he could ever want at his feet, it could not affect what was above his crown.

King Dionysius effectively conveyed the constant fear in which a person with great power may live. Dionysius committed many cruelties in his rise to power, such that he could never go on to rule justly because that would make him vulnerable to his enemies. Cicero used this story as the last in a series of contrasting examples for concluding his fifth Disputation, in which the theme is that having virtue is sufficient for living a happy life.

Shout out to Wikipedia for this story. Copy and paste is a godsend. In the above story Damocles was actually wishing to experience the feeling of being King and being surrounded by magnificence. What Damocles didn’t understand was the great responsibility and burden of leadership. What I continue to tell people is not that we are not suffering from a crisis of outside incidents, events, or occurrences. We are suffering from bad leaders and BAD FOLLOWERS!

Whether we like it or not, being a citizen of any country is a call to leadership. We are constantly being distracted from our leadership by social media and many other things that I will definitely endeavor to bring to the attention of my readers! Call me a conspiracy theorist. Picture me as a guy sitting in his basement behind a laptop with thick glasses. A man who has not taken a shower in weeks sleeping on the sofa of his grandmother’s one bedroom home in some slum.

This is not the case. I am a man who is constantly working outside of my home and in my spare time I choose to write this blog among other things in my spare time.

If you are reading this, know that you are a leader. You may not lead others, but you definitely lead yourself. There is no denying this fact. You lead yourself to positive things, or you lead yourself into negativity. Your life is in your hands! At this moment, you have led yourself to my blog, and you choose to read it! No one is forcing you. Hopefully, I am providing you some value with my commentary. Once again, I want to emphasize that this blog is for informational purposes as well as a call to action on your part to consider the world around us. Big changes are coming to our financial world. Whether we like it or not, just like the internet, cell phones, and other things that we take for granted, cryptocurrencies are going to play a major role in the repayment of US debt as well as transform our country into a financial powerhouse! Mark my words. Get on the train early and ride it, or get left behind! Our new President, Trump, said, and I quote, “The US will be the Bitcoin superpower and the crypto capital of the WORLD!”

A pre-recorded video address by Trump was played at the summit in New York City. The president said his team was ending former President Joe Biden's administration's "regulatory war on crypto and Bitcoin," and Trump said he has called on Congress "to pass landmark legislation creating simple, common-sense rules for stablecoins and market structure."

"With the right legal framework, institutions large and small will be liberated to invest, innovate, and take part in one of the most exciting technological revolutions in modern history. It's so big. It's, I think, as big as you can get," Trump said.

The president told those in attendance that "pioneers like you will be able to improve our banking and payment system and promote greater privacy, safety, security and wealth for American consumers and businesses alike." "You will unleash an explosion of economic growth, and with the dollar-backed stablecoins, you'll help expand the dominance of the U.S. dollar," Trump said. "And many, many years to come, it'll be at the top. And that's where we want to keep it. We only want to keep it at the top always."

For years, the Biden administration waged a regulatory war on Bitcoin and cryptos. At this moment, the court case against the crypto XRP is being wrapped up. Of all the cryptos, XRP will without a doubt, in my mind, be a powerhouse! There are many reasons for this, but I will discuss them in another blog. This is my first blog, and I want to stick to my purpose of introducing myself and giving a mission statement.

The majority of my blogs will be to encourage the general population to study, purchase, and immerse themselves in crypto. I have had many conversations with many people, and for the most part, I don’t believe that the general population of the US takes cryptocurrencies seriously.

Most people see it as a scam, and this is understandable. There are many scammers and disreputable people in crypto. However, there are always going to be thieves and criminals involved in anything. You name it, these vultures will always be present. Over the years, I have been a victim of scams, criminals, and thieves, so I get it. However, nothing ventured, nothing gained. You take a risk walking out of your home. No situation is safe. This is the lie. The only thing we can do as human beings is mitigate risk. Put your seatbelts on your children when they are in a car. Boxers wear plastic mouthpieces and plastic groin protection. Companies demand employees to wear reflective gear on road worksites. Motorcycle riders wear helmets. Men and women practice safe sex. Commercial motor vehicle drivers have to work within the hours of service rules. All of these things are risk management processes and strategies used to reduce threats to organizations and people.

Having said this, I definitely advise everyone to be circumspect, cautious, wary, and vigilant. We are going to be swimming in deep and turbulent waters. Question everything and everyone… INCLUDING ME! No one should be above reproach.

Most of the people reading this more than likely are already true believers in cryptocurrencies. For those of you who are not… I will submit this to you. Over the years, have you not noticed that your money buys you less and less every year? Well, this is not by mistake. This is something built into all world economies: inflation, debt, and currency debasement. For many years, we have basically been held in the coils of a python slowly constricting the financial life out of us.

For those of us who realize this fact, many of us are doing something about it. We have been buying digital assets, or as they are officially called, cryptocurrencies.

Well, that’s enough of an introduction! In my next offering to my faithful readers, I will talk to you all about a well-known and successful crypto: Bitcoin.
